In May 2026 there are elections for every Council seat in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. There are a mix of 2 and 3 member wards across Eltham and the borough which means the number of votes you can cast depends on where you live.

Meet Spencer and Phil
Phil has lived in London most of his life and on the Page Estate for the last 35 years. Phil has a lovely wife, a son, 3 step daughters with 2 granddaughters, a grandson and 2 great-granddaughters. Phil’s family is complete with his 3 boisterous cats!
Phil is semi retired from work after many years doing manual labour. Phil has decided that residents on the Page Estate need a strong, local voice to represent them as there are many issues in the area.
Being semi-retired Phil would devote himself to being a Councillor is he was elected, making sure the Page Estate was well represented on the Woolwich-based Council.
